The guidelines described below encourages fair and equitable use of Jobreef for all employers and jobseekers. This does not represent the complete list of applicable restrictions. For more details see our Terms of Use policy.

Recruiting Guidelines

Only post real job openings.

Jobreef is intended for job seekers to apply to real job openings, do not post false job listings, franchise opportunities, or multi-level marketing opportunities.

Only post jobs you are authorised to advertise.

Do not post jobs on behalf of employers that have no explicitly authorised you to do so.

Do not discriminate.

Job posts will be made available to all qualified applicants regardless of age, race, gender, or sexual orientation.

The privacy of all users must be respected.

Information collected from job seekers should not be shared with unauthorized 3rd parties.

Do not contact users with unrelated offers.

Information collected from job seekers should not be used to contact them with unsolicited unrelated offers.

Job Post Content Guidelines

Do not use explicit or offensive content.

Explicit/offensive words, images, multimedia, or any content will not be allowed.

Do not include clickbait or misleading content.

The title and details of a job post should accurately represent the job being advertised.

Do not lie, or lie by omission.

The content of a job post must be truthful, and critical details should not be omitted.

Only post jobs.

Other types of content, including but not limited to company advertisements, events, or other business ventures, are not allowed.

Do not post copyright content that you are not authorised to use.

A job post should only include content that the author is authorised to use.

Create complete job posts and proofread for errors.

Job posts details shall be populated as much as possible, and shall be reasonably free of typographical errors.

Jobreef may remove/modify any content, job post, or user on our website that violates these guidelines, or any of the terms and conditions in our Terms of Use policy. Jobreef may also contact the author of a job post to make corrections in order to bring a job post within compliance of our guidelines, and terms of use. Jobreef Ltd. reserves the right to remove any user, company, or content from our platform without providing a specific reason.
